There really isn't much to this look, except a easy little eyeliner trick I have been loving lately. You can do this with almost any look. Take a creamy dark eyeliner. Line your upper and lower lash line, water line. Don't worry about being precise because now your going to take a stiff pencil brush with a matte black shadow and smudge the hell out of your liner. I bet you thinking, "what if I smudge too much?" Welllll, then you can take the same shadow that's on your lid to blend the liner into the shadow. It gives you a much softer, somewhat mysterious look. This technique would also look really nice all by itself.
